A Food Bank Charity Initiative During the Movement Control Order (MCO)

The COVID-19 pandemic brought unprecedented challenges worldwide, with Malaysia being no exception. Amid the Movement Control Order (MCO) implemented to curb the spread of the virus, many families found themselves in dire straits, facing food insecurity due to job losses and economic uncertainty. In response, Kagayaku Logistics sets-up a local food bank charity stepped up to provide much-needed support to those in need during these difficult times.
The food bank charity focused on providing a variety of essential food items to meet the nutritional needs of the recipients. Packages included rice, cooking oil, canned goods, fresh vegetables, and other staples to help families create balanced meals.
